Simply return your non-custom product for an exchange or refund. Used candles cannot be returned or refunded.
All custom and “made to order” items sales are final and are not eligible for return or refund.
In the event the product(s) is damaged during shipping, we will ship replacement product(s) within 4 business days after receiving photographic proof of the damage. Photos must be submitted to seventhdaycandleco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
You may exchange your product for another of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items.
